Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping is included in the price of each item. Shipping within the US only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. All artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Groups are as follows:

First Class Mail: stickers and notecards. No tracking is provided for these items. Items should arrive in 1-5 business days. Please allow extra time during busy seasons.

USPS Ground Advantage: Notepads, prints and mini art. Arrive in 2-5 business days.

​

USPS Priority: All other art is shipped Priority. Arrives in 2-3 business days.

Tracking numbers will be emailed once order has shipped for all applicable orders.

Custom artwork requires a contract. Details (price, timeline, size, etc.) will be agreed upon prior to signing the contract. 

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at my sole discretion. If I cancel an order, I will refund the full amount paid.

Due to the unique nature of artwork and the fact that I am a small business, I do not accept returns or exchanges. In case of damaged items, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. I collect only the data necessary to process your orders and provide you with the best possible service. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. I do not have access to or store your full payment information, as this is securely handled by the payment processors, Ayden, Stripe and PayPal. I use your personal information solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and to send occasional updates about our products or services. I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. My website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can adjust your browser settings to manage cookie preferences. As my website is hosted on Wix, all data is handled in accordance with their privacy policy. Similarly, Ayden, Stripe and PayPal process payment data according to their respective privacy policies.
